Shopee Live Streaming is a channel that lets you view live videos from your favourite sellers, interact with them and ask them questions about the latest product they are showcasing during the live session. 

During the live event, you may also find additional perks from the seller to reward your time for the continuous support of their store. What you may be able to find is:

• Shopee Coins 
• Discount Vouchers

Shopee Coins or Vouchers can appear at any time during the stream as the seller controls it. Therefore, what you can do is ask the seller whether they have vouchers and coins to be given out, and also when will they display them.

Check out the Reward Coins Icon and simply click on Claim to earn Shopee Coins: 

⚠️ Note: 

The Shopee Coin reward selection is randomly determined by the system, which is why you see an error pop-up message when attempting to claim Shopee Coins such as below. If your account was not selected this time, don’t worry as there will be more chances in the future.

You can also claim Vouchers and use them during the Live Stream, follow the steps below to learn how to claim vouchers:

Step 1: Click on the Claim button next to the Voucher

Step 2: View the Successful claim Pop-Up message

After you have received such rewards, you can also place your order using the steps below for the highlighted product of the live session. 

Step 1: Click on the Product Icon to purchase the shown product OR;

Step 2: Click on the Shopping Bag

Step 3: View all Related Products to the live stream

If you have queries about the product you may also leave a comment within the session for the seller to assist you directly.
